Using RPR with Buyers

RPR is an exclusive benefit available to members of the National Association of REALTORS®. RPR provides REALTORS® with advanced, single-source access to detailed information about properties, trends and demographics.
The RPR System is a parcel-centric database that is not tied to whether or not a property is currently for sale. It will contain nationwide public records and tax assessments, which will include deed and transfer information. Current, “For Sale” and comparable information is provided by CincyMLS for the benefit of CincyMLS members only. There is no consumer access to the site.

Log on CincyMLS Rapattoni system.

Scroll down the Rapattoni CincyMLS "Home" page to locate the
"Single Sign-On" module as shown above

Click the "RPR" logo button as shown above

Click here if the "Single Sign-On" module is not on your "Home" page and follow the instructions to add this module

Does your Administrator or Personal Assistant Require RPR Access? Click here for more information.

Click in the "Last Name" box and type your last name

Click in the "NRDS Id#" box and type your NRDS Id#

Once your account is set up and finalized, logging on to RPR via CincyMLS system will be automatic! See below, left, next.

Accessing and Using RPR via the CincyMLS System Once your Account is Created
 


Quick - Helpful Hints & FAQ!

The application is branded to the CincyMLS, and is available:

bullet via Single Sign-On from the MLS system "Home" page ("Single Sign-On" "Home" page module to RPR "Home" page) shown 2 graphics above
 
bullet and direct portal access (direct link from MLS listing directly to RPR record via the "RPR" button on the "Listing Detail" page) shown directly above (jump from listing directly to RPR record - Recommended)
 

Does your Administrator or Personal Assistant Require RPR Access?

bullet Access to RPR is restricted to Realtors and Appraisers: members of NAR who have a NRDS number. If you have an Administrator or Personal Assistant who requires access to RPR, you can enter into an "Identity Sharing" relationship.
 
bullet The licensed member is designated the "Employer" (Agent or Appraiser) and the Administrator or Personal Assistant user is designated the "Employee." Once setup, the "Employee" logs on and "switches" and shares the "Employer's" identity, then "switches" back to their own identity. (both "Employer" and "Employee" can work simultaneously in CincyMLS, however, only one can work in RPR at a time)
 
bullet This requires that an Agent "Identity Sharing Application" be completed and submitted to CincyMLS. 
 
bullet The request must come from the Realtor or Appraiser member. Please click here to request an agent "Identity Sharing Application" form.
